I design and facilitate spaces where people can think clearly together.

For over twenty years (yes, it’s true), I’ve been designing and holding facilitated spaces for organisations and groups working with complexity and change.

That might be a strategy session, a reflective learning space, a leadership conversation, a public engagement workshop, or a meeting where different perspectives need to be heard and something useful needs to move forward.

I’m often brought in to design and facilitate spaces where people need to think well together, make sense of complexity and move something forward.

This can include:

People often describe me as a safe pair of hands. Someone who can hold the space with steadiness and care, especially when the conversation feels complex or uncertain.

I’m interested in creating spaces where people can hear themselves think, speak honestly, and move beyond familiar or limiting ways of thinking.
