A quiet 20-minute space to hear yourself think.

When things feel full-on, tangled, or no longer quite right, the instinct is often to push on or think harder.

The Mini Reset offers a different approach.

It’s a short, focussed 1:1 space where you can pause, let the noise settle, and notice what matters — without committing to a longer process or needing to carry everything on your own.

You don’t need to prepare anything.
You don’t need to arrive clear or knowing what you want to talk about.
You can come exactly as you are — uncertain, mid-thought, or on the cusp of something new.

During our time together, I’ll gently guide the conversation, ask a few thoughtful questions, and reflect back what I’m hearing, so clarity can emerge without effort.

We’ll loosely move through two simple steps:

1. Name the drain
What’s taking up valuable headspace or quietly pulling at your energy?

2. Invite the delight
What would bring more ease, joy, or aliveness into your life right now?

This creates space for you to:

  • notice what’s really going on, without over-explaining

  • sense what’s draining energy vs what genuinely matters

  • let the next step become clearer on its own

  • see whether deeper work (such as Radical Honesty Reset) feels timely — or not
